By accessing or using Emberlie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Emberlie provides a symptom tracking and personal insights application designed to help users monitor and understand their perimenopause symptoms over time. The Service includes features for logging daily symptoms, viewing personal reports, and identifying patterns in your health data.

3. Not Medical Advice

Important: Emberlie is not a medical device, and the Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The information provided through the Service is for informational and personal awareness purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emberlie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
